Maximillion Pegasus/Pegasus J. Crawford is one of the villins in the anime. He posseses the Milleniem eye. It gives him the powers to read minds; but when he duels Yugi he discovers that it doesn't work because Yugi can shuffle minds and then Pegasus can't read the mind that played the card because it is gone.
He used to have a love named Cecelia, but she died and Pegasus was never the same after that. He had many paintings of her and 'created' the duel monsters game for her.
